This mod was originally suggested by a player named Master~Guild. All credit goes to him.

Perhaps the first question is, what makes this mod so unique? There are thousands of player built houses, well read on, and you shall find it is very unique.

To get the house, you must go to the Cheydinhal Bridge Inn and purchase the house from a man named Albinus. It costs 10,000 gold. But it's far worth it. From there, follow the quest.

Let's start with a layout of the house.

Exterior: You'll find a stable, a garden, and some storage containers (safe to use). However, you'll also find a bench, where you can find a breathtaking view of the Imperial Isle. You'll also be able to watch the sunset from your front porch.

House (1st and 2nd story): It's a pretty normal house. You'll find a few bonzai looking displays, some display cases, safe storage containers, a kitchen, and bedroom. You'll also find a strange old door to the basement.

Basement: The basement is actually a cave. The cave is inhabited by Conjurers. Not to fear! They're not aggressive. There's four, including an adept and a merchant alchemist. You can watch them go about their daily lives, or you can buy stuff from the alchemist or pick samples from teh abundant cairn boletes and wisp stalks. If you decide to go rambo on the conjurers, it's not a crime, but they will fight back. Oh, and this area is NOT SAFE STORAGE!

Lower Caverns: This is where the mod gets unique. The number one problem I have with Oblivion is that while there are bandit vs. marauder fights, there's no conjurer vs. necromancer fights. Now, you can finally watch the two greatest magical cults of Cyrodiil duke it out in a small arena. The best thing is, all combatants are essential, and will keep getting up even after they're dead. None of the combatants are aggressive. You can go down and watch from ground level, but do be careful, they're spells might hit you.

What's so great about this fight? First, you have a never ending battle. Second, each battle is different. Third, all combatants like to summon creatures, and as they are leveled, the mages will summon different creatures depending on your level. (They respawn after three days). Finally, this is the only time you will ever see necromancers fighting conjurers. (See main pic)

Glitches and Problems

None that I know of.
