HGEC body.

If you don't use this your boobs will jump to warp 10 and rupture the space time continuum (srsly)
The animations from
HGEC Better Bouncing Boobs FINAL Hcup Ecup Dcup all bottoms

These aren't critical but the breasts wont move unless you use these animations.
If you are using other animation replacer packs I recommended you pick and choose the animations from this pack
Walk forward and walk backward would probably be the 2 main ones you would want to use.
You can also use the bodies as well if you want boobs bouncing all over when un-clothed
Install

Put the .esp and the textures&meshes folders in the Oblivion\data directory
