So does it set the Ownership to you as soon as you pick up the key or is there something I gotta go through (I got a few Spawn modifying mods in my game so that could be another problem) I walked in, the guy was gone but everything was still a red hand to me.
I added in the quest and the chest i edited the amount to 1,000. I'm not that good with the scripting system so i don't think the servant is possible maybe i could just add a servant and just give him way points grab stuff put stuff and then he could just get 10 septims every hour and put it in the chest.

I also added a bedroll to the basement for the servant to sleep on .
Yes, the AS2 idea is great and it makes sense. I think his private room would be better. Earning 500 septims is not that much mayby 1500-2000 a week? Also, if you know how you should add a servant with the fallow and stay commands or even more if you think you can.
Hmm maybe i could do it like assassin's creed II how you collect credits from a chest. So maybe in the basement or private room it re-spawns a set amount by a variable i don't know hey Pushkatu do you want the chest in the basement or your private room on the top floor. I could also mod it to how you guys want it maybe change the stuff to upper-class props or middle-class.

I like this idea a lot, but my question is, will you get an income after you become the owner? It will be quite pointless to own the place if you don't get what you earn selling the stuff.
