It was discovered on the official Bethesda Forums that the original Roberts female "Rough Leather Shoes" mesh was defective and may cause game crash CTD's and other anomalies in certain situations. This was the forum discussion or alternatively you can download a .PDF print version of the thread (270KB). Should both become unavailable, you can contact me by PM and I can provide you with a copy.

Forums member Sealby1 made a Nifskope repair of the shoes.nif for his private use and shared it with the forum.

This upload is simply a repacking of the original Roberts Female v12 archive, replacing the defective shoes.nif with the repaired version from Sealby1. Everything in the main file package is IDENTICAL to Roberts original v12 package, except for this one file.

You have the choice of three files to download:

1. The Main File is the identical material as provided by Roberts, except for the one repaired mesh file from Sealby1.

2. You may also download just the single file of the repaired shoes. A brief readme is included describing what to do with the file then.

3. Finally I have provided a slightly customized version of the package that I am using myself. It is the full pack including Sealby1's fix, plus PyFFI-optimization of all meshes. Additionally I've set it up to use the Roberts alternative Imperial head which gives a better head - body seam connection. The pack installs just like the main file. I have included a readme of the setup I've made which can also be viewed here.

If in doubt, especially if you are new to modding and feel like I'm talking Chinese, I recommend you simply download and install the main file which is, I repeat, identical to the original Roberts archive.

Installation Instructions
=================
I recommend installation with Wrye Bash BAIN. Another good option is to use OBMM. Doing it either way, by default it will install the undies version.

With OBMM, first make an OMOD ("Create" and "Add Archive"), then install the OMOD (single left-click the OMOD and "Activate" it).

Once installed, you may wish to read Roberts readme (included in the archive). Among other things, it gives instructions how to set up the nudie version.

Uninstallation Instructions
===================
If you installed with BAIN or OBMM, just deactivate the mod from within those tools.
