Easy as can be, just un-rar this file to your oblivion/data dir and your ready to go.

New Version out!!!!! Ver 0.99z

Right now Here's what it does:
only 4 items are included so far, a Fletching Blade (essentially a non-equippable dagger with the crafting script on it), and 3 dif Arrow Imbuer so compatability wise this should be ultra-clean.
The PC can use 5 sep materials so far to make arrows:

Torches = Steel Arrows
Silver Nuggets = Silver Arrows
Gold Nuggets = Gold Arrows
Welkynd Stones = Glass Arrows
Daedra Hearts = Daedric Arrows

I revamped Imbued Arrows Completely:
There are 2 Arrow Imbuers now
Lesser: for Iron, Steel, and Silver
Regular: for Dwarven, Elven, and Glass
Great: for Ebony, Daedric, and Gold

Each one can Imbue arrows w/ Flame, Burning, Frost, FrostBite, Shock, Electrocution, Poison, Slow, and Paralyze

They require Alchemical Ingredient and regular arrows to function. They also have a skill check built into them as well (checks Alchemy).

This version uses skill based crafting for arrows as well if you have 20 marksmanship and always fail at making Daedric Arrows that's why.
Update: Skill-based now works like this; if you fail at making them you get lower grade arrows, if you fail at making Imbued you lose half the ingredients.

Only thing needed for 1.0 is in-game manuals/etc hopefully I'll do this quick BUT I'm on a roll scripting so I may leapfrog over it....(shame on me)

The Fletcher's Blade is sitting on the statue in the IC Marketplace. I chose not to add it to a vendor yet to cut down incompatability issues(shouldn't be any I know of).

o.3 Initial release, only 3 arrows

0.4 added gold and silver arrows, added framework for arrow imbuer and flame arrow

0.7 made a jump cuz lotsa work happened at once.
Added tons of Enchanted arrow ID's/Enchantment ID's
Ran outta script space(didn't know scripts had a character limit O.o)
---Why there are 3 Imbuers now
That's about it only a few more to go plus the final grouping w/ the appartus new home.

0.99z polished off the Imbue code......then found a better way to do it.... so later version will be MASSIVELY easier to produce
