Well did you want training to be cheap and easy. This mod will add a new spells which drain your skills. But what you do is find a trainer then select the spell and then cast it. Then train with the trainer. It will cost 1 gold. It will say you skill increased to 0 but you actually had increased that skill by 1 point.
