What this mod does: Adds a free, hidden house where you can practice your combat skills in on the passive ogre found in one corner of the house. Respawning arrows can be found in the chest, several warhammers and claymores can also be found in barrels, and a few bows on the countertop. All of these are only good for practicing with, as they barely do any damage, but take forever to wear apart. If for whatever reason, the ogre gets angry, in one of the chests is a set of pacification scrolls. There's plenty of storage space in the house, especially in the storage room on the second floor - but remember one thing: Do not put any items AT ALL in the chest with the arrows or the scrolls as they will disappear when the cell reloads.
Installation: Extract the .esp file to: My computer - Program files - Bethesda Softworks - Oblivion - Data.
Notes: I won't release the location of the house (the catch for it being free) but the screenshot ought to be a good clue as to where in Cyrodiil to look for it. Also, the punching bag upstairs is symbolic, not useful for improving your skills.
