This changes the scripts that are on Enchanting and Spellmaking stations.
The scripts will now check to see that you are Apprentice rank in the Mages Guild before you can enchant or make spells.

Why would I want to do that?!!!

Well I personally like having enchanting and spellmaking stations in my houses and in all the mages guilds.
However, It kind of kills the accomplishment of doing the run around to each guild getting recommendations quests in the Mages Guild.
This was my solution.

3: Installation / Uninstallation


Merge the data folder from the mod with the one in your oblivion folder
and check the box next to the .esp in the oblvion launcher, or you can
use OBMM or Wrye or whatever floats your boat.

Compatible with anything that doesn't change the two altered scripts on enchanting and spellmaking stations.
