This house mod is a simple house found behind Modryn Oreyn\'s house by the well in the south west of Chorrol.

This house mod is a simple house found behind Modryn Oreyn's house by the well in the south west of Chorrol. It is a fairly simple house and its my first mod so don't expect to be amazed, it's just a simple lower class hut.
Sometimes Gaturn Gro-onk will open the gate and walk into the wall of the house trying to get past. Don't worry, he never opens the house door, it's just part of his schedule to walk through there.
The house is well lighted with a nice middle class bed. Everything else is lower class. There is plenty of storage and no containers respawn so they are all safe. There is a food cupboard to the left of the main door. It doesn't respawn but random food and drink will appear in there so I'm not sure if it's safe to store stuff in.
