Bring It! Version 1.0

--------------------------------

General Information

This is a small and simple mod, in two versions, one for non Khajiit, and one for Khajiit. It simply alters the way in which you respond to the Highwaymen and Bandits that attempt to rob you (demanding 100 gold) to more closely match the general sentiments the character might actually want to display.

I always thought "No. Take it from me if you can." sounded like something I would hear on a playground at an elementary school, not a retort to a guy who is threatening to kill me if I don't give him money.

This changes that. The non-Khajiit version gives the option "Bring it, furball!" instead.

The Khajiit version gives the option "This one likes prey that fights back." instead.

I -could- have altered the dialogue and scripts so that it would check if you were Khajiit or not, but that would have taken more time, and I prefer not to potentially break vanilla stuff. I followed the KISS rule (keep it simple stupid). If you are playing a Khajiit, use "BringItKJ.esp". If you are not, use "BringIt.esp". Then again, I suppose I can't really stop you from using either for their opposite intentions.. in which case.. go right ahead, more power to you.

Bugs and Feedback

Feedback is welcome. Bugs? Um, I sure hope not since I did one tiny thing :p

Installation

Copy the file "BringIt.esp" or "BringItKJ.esp" to your Oblivion\Data folder. When you open the Oblivion launch screen, instead of hitting play, click on "data", scroll down to find the one you selected, and check it. Once you've done that, you can play as normal. If you have a Mod Manager of some kind, well, you know what to do already I imagine :)

DO NOT run both .esp files at once! It might not do anything (conflict overidden by the second one), but it could also cause a rogue planet to smash into the earth and kill us all, so please don't ;D
