---The Armory of An'sephaer---
A mod for TES4: Oblivion

---What you need to play this mod---
1. Oblivion patched to the latest version
2. A brain

---What this mod can promise---
1. High-quality textures, many 1024x or larger
2. Elegant and functional meshes
3. A detailed waypoint which can be used as a home
4. A dozen custom written and well thought out books of lore

---Overview---
A sequel to my fist mod, The Blades of An'kewan, the Armory reveals even more of the history of the An'ar family and their legacy in Tamriel. Though not as puzzle-oriented as its pedecessor, this mod offers a detailed waypoint stuffed full of treasures from Ka Po'tun. This isn't just your average "substituting-Asian-for-Akaviri" mod, however, as it contains 12 books of lore (all written by myself), a couple of sparkly things, and a backstory that coincides with that of Oblivion. The waypoint may be used as a player house (though it is rather small and hard to get to), and contains seven non-respawning containers - three chests, a dresser, a cupboard, a barrel, and a desk - all of which can be used for storage (note that all sacks and the covered pot are unsafe, and will respawn). I encourage you to dig deep into this mod, as it contains much that can be found by searching. As a side note, I ask that you not discuss revealing elements of the puzzle in the comments, if only for the greater enjoyment of other players.

Included in the download is my mod "Less Frustrating Arrows", which you may find quite useful. It sets the chance of recovering arrows in enemies to 98%, and lenghtens the time that an arrow will appear on the ground to 10 minutes. It in no way unbalances the game or edits any arrow stats, and should be compatible with all mod-added arrows as well.

---Installation---
1. Extract the .rar file to your Oblivion\Data folder
2. Check the .esp in OBMM or the Data Files menu in the startup screen (or in whatever other mod loader you use).
3. If you want my optional Less Frustrating Arrows addon, chech that .esp as well.
4. When you load Oblivion, you will be sent a note from Borba gra-Uzgash at Borba's Goods and Stores in Cheydinhal. After you read it the rest is pretty self-explanatory.

---Uninstallation---
1. Uncheck the .esp in OBMM or the Data Files menu in the startup screen (or in whatever other mod loader you use).
2. Delete the .esp(s) and .bsa from your Oblivion\Data folder

---Compatibility---
The Armory only affects one exterior cell a long way out of the common space of Cyrodiil, so there should be extremely little to no conflict there. However, there is a small change in the Dark Brotherhood Sleeping Quarters, so any mods that change or remove that cell will conflict. The change is only cosmetic, though, and can be overwritten without any damage to the mod (beyond the realism factor).

The Less Frustrating Arrows addon only changes global controls, and should be 100% compatible with any other mod (as long as the mod doesn't change those globals).

---Troubleshooting---
Q: What note are you talking about? When I load the mod nothing happens.
A: You will only get the note if you have a fully-made character or if you are not engaged in battle. So go kill whatever is chasing you.

Q: Help, I can't find the artifact the note is talking about!
A: Try loading this mod after any others that edit Borba's Goods and Stores in Cheydinhal.

Q: Where is the letter talking about? I've never heard of that place before!
A: I suggest you either read "The Cleansing of the Fane" or play through Umbacano's quest if you do not recognize the name, but I'll give you a hint: it's an Ayleid ruin.

Q: I know where the place is supposed to be, but I can't find it!
A: My advice is to keep going up. There is no map marker, but stay true to your course and you will find it, though it may not be what you expect.

Q: I dont liek it, why all the walking and stuffs, wyh u not jus drop teh weaponz in a box?
A: If this question applies to you, then you shouldn't be trying this mod in the first place. I'm sorry that you can't appreciate all the time and love put into my work.

---History---
1.0 - 12/9/09 - Original release
2.0 - 11/2/11 - Mostly modified the sanctuary, but lots of miscellaneous fixes as well. The previous patch is unnecessary.
2.1 - 11/7/11 - Re-directed a mesh path for the hidden dragon statue

---Credits---
Many people contributed many resources to this mod, here they are:
1. Glypha for the exceptional shield and bow meshes. The mod wouldn't be the same without them!
2. Adonnay for the simple yet graceful arrow/quiver mesh
3. Waalx for his always useful Realswords textures
4. Phoenix Amon for his detailed book jacket textures
5. All the folks at NifTools for the best (and only) .nif editor
6. Bethesda for one of the greatest games I have ever played

Most resources listed above were edited from their original form, so if you want the originals go download their respective mods.
