You are soposed to stop the Dardric invasion, yet spend time doing pety chores such as killing a rat in a basement, Leave killing bandits and rats to the guards. Time to get to the serious stuff, the eliete of the eliete, The Rising Sun.

Permissions and credits
You, the player, are so powerful you stoped the daedric invasion, authority is kept by some guards who cant do much to you once you get more powerful, So why is it that whilst there is always a great evil just around the corner, that none of these evils have enslaved everyone yet? The Rising Sun are why. They are the elite of the elite. Let the guards handle bandits, and the occasional rat or mud crab. All the Quests like, theres a rat in this persons basement help her (Anvil fighters guild) and This guy took some taxes from the poor! giving the player that wonderful opertunity to stop fighting the daedric invasion to go fetch 53 coins (thieves guild) and who can forget the quest to go 20 meteres to another building and get a book (arcane university)

including npcs who will talk and walk around the city and gosip with eachother, interiors with full furnishing, awesom new armors, 7 new so far, i have more but havent put them onto anyone yet. also the city is looking ALOT better visualy.

The Rising Sun has something for everybody.

All with their own unique armor, weapons, members, and areas of the city.

There are the stealthy Scouts, for those who want to do the sneaky hide and observe, or sneak through the enemy lines, unscene, to get the info on their enemy.

The Dawn mages, who have battlemages for destruction and mages for all sorts of things from

The Crusaders who fight their way through their problems,

The Assassions, who Specalise in taking out a key figure in their opositions forces, and sliping away before anyone knows what happened.

Or, Defend the city and join the guard force. Being who they are they have a threat of invasion and defending the city from an assualt falls to the guards to lead the charge.

All of these Parts of the Faction come together to form the Rising Sun.

The Imperial cult, alot of you will rember them from Morrowing

There is also other sections of the rising sun, such as the people in the farm lands who present the player with the chance have their own farm if they wish.

The Captians of ths ships who go though the blue gates out to sea where sea monsters lurk, that are MASSIVE, the player can fight these, with help or if he has a death wish solo, (both are achieveable, but hard tasks)

Npcs who want help with their tasks.

conflicts that need resolveing, some groups just do not get along.



The player dose not have to join all of them, they could join only one, and there will still be lots of gameplay in it for you.





The City is found by going into the merchants inn, it will be quite obvious from there onwards.

Kudos, Endorsements and reputation If you like it please, But if you don't keep in mind that this is a wip, or work in progress, it is not 100% complete and are a few things incomplete such as the sidewalks, getting them all perfect is a very tedious task.
