You can find Hillary in Chorral main/lower level of Renoit's Books.

Armor and Weapon: She comes equipped with Ebony armor,and an Ebony Longsword
Spells: Frost damage, shock damage, heal player and summon zombie


Installation:

Once the CM Partners mod is installed, just copy this esp file into your data folder, activate it and off ya go.
