A simple ini editor. have taken the most general tweaks from:
http://www.tweakguides.com/Oblivion_8.html
Was tired of searching and messing around with the various commands, so I build this program
with the most common commands from tweakguides.com.
Now, that I made it I might as well try to throw it at nexus.
Hope some can use it.
This is some what Work in Progress.

Note: Version 01 to 03 cant save the ini file, BIG mistake form my side sorry about that.
