Ever wonder why Falanu Hlaalu's first shop is in ruins? Or are you simply after an open-air abode in swimming distance from the heart of Cyrodiil? Does your companion want to sleep under the stars? If the answer to any of those is yes, then the ruins of All Things Alchemical are just across the water from the big city! You might find an answer to the mystery, or just have a great time camping...it's entirely your choice!

Areas:
One sleeping area with a bed and a bedroll
Ruined top floor
"Garden" i.e. surroundings

Storage:
Two barrels in the sleeping area called "storage barrel"

Exterior home
Mini-quest to explain the reason why the shop was burned down (no journal entries)
Near to Imperial City and several dungeons
Has companion-friendly setup (fully pathed)
Map marker for fast travel
Great for screenshooting

Requires:
Oblivion with the latest patch. I have SI installed but have used no assets from the expansion, so if you don't have SI you should not have any problems.

Issues/Bugs:
You may experience low FPS due to the home being in an exterior worldspace, along with a high number of objects in the area. It has been tested on my Nvidia 9400 video card and my 2GB of RAM, and works fine. As for overhauls, it has been tested with COBL, Unique Landscapes (except Imperial Isle), MMM and Better Cities installed and it works without conflict.

It is incompatible with any mod that touches the All Things Alchemical ruin and close surrounding area, and may not work with mods that change the Tamriel worldspace itself.

Install:
Copy and paste the folders "meshes" and "textures" into your data folder, along with the ESP.
Activate the ESP in the launcher or OBMM.

Uninstall:
Deactivate the ESP in the launcher or OBMM. Delete all meshes and textures associated with this mod if needed, and delete the ESP.

Special Notes:
You can, if you have knowledge of the CS, change appearance of the corpse in this mod for your own game as I have included the meshes and textures.

Permissions:
Hel_Borne's zombie meshes and textures are a resource and may be used as such. However, I suggest downloading his original Argonian and Orc zombie pack instead if you want his resources.
The ESP, however, may NOT be re-released either edited or untouched. If you wish to release it with support for COBL and other overhauls, get my permission first.
