Tired of that tiny shack on the water front? This mod has a manor house accessed from both the Elven Gardens District and two outside private gates. A walled estate in grand style complete with a small man made pond. The manor supplies plenty of storage and display areas for all your hard earned loot.

A road leads to the manor from the Talos entrance past the Chestnut Handy Stables. The manor estate is taken care of by two trust-worthy caretakers, Darius & Lea Weldman, a husband and wife who have led an adventurous life and now have settled down and are happy to watch your home while you are gone.


A NightBlade, Lea Weldman is trained in magic and spells. Look for her in the caretaker's cottage secret chamber. While in the chamber she will sell you spells and potions and repair you magic weapons & armor.


Darius Weldman will repair your armor and weapons while in the Manor Basement, in the black smith corner, and while he is in the stables. Other times they can be found in the Imperial City in the various districts but do not offer any services.


Shady Sam I found loitering on the property. He agreed to watch the manor stables and as such is residing in his own shack outside the west gate. He now has a life of his own and even ventures out into the Imperial City at times.

There is a “spoiler file” if you can’t figure out a few things.

Any part of this mod, Imperial City Manor, you may take and recreate, the only thing I ask is to give me credit for my work.

NOTE
******************
If you have any mod that adds to or changes the area outside the walls from where the Elven Gardens would be from the Chestnut Handy Stables on down to "Sinkhole Cave" enterance then this mod will conflict with them. If someone has taken and changed what Shady Sam does that also might conflict. Imperial City Manor is compatable with the "Cyrodiil Transportation Network Mod".


INSTALL

Unpack the data folder into you Oblivion Directory and check the Imperial City Manor.esp.
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data is the default location. You can also do a manual install by unpacking to another location and copying the files by hand into their proper folders in the Oblivion data directory.


UNINSTALL
******************
To uninstall this mod take out all files & folders in the data folder that have EQ attached to them. There will be files in the Meshes, Texture, Armor, & Trees folders. Also in the Texture\menu\icon folder.
