I, personally, always wanted to be able to enchant my arrows myself but after searching for such a mod, I found nothing. I was honestly surprised and finally I created these spells myself, originally for another mod I made
with my friend Reaper (check it out if you have the time,
here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27019 ),
and then decided to upload them as their own mod.

The Spells
----------
You can get the spells for free from Edgar Vautrine's shop in the Imperial City Market District.

General Note
------------
All the spells will show that they cost 0 Magicka, however that is not the case, the spells DO have a cost and requiremnt to work, wich will
be explained below. If you do not have enough magicka when you cast them, the spell animation will trigger but nothing will happen.

Enflame, Freeze and Electrify Arrows
------------------------------------
These Spells will convert all of your equipped arrows (provided that they are not already enchanted) to the same number of arrows of the
corresponding type (BEWARE THOUGH, if you use them on non-vanilla arrows then they will be converted to the coresponding vanilla enchanted
arrow according to the damage of your arrows) and element whose enchantments will grow in Power along with your Willpower.
There are four levels of power, if your willpower is less than 50, 50 or more, 75 or more and finally 100 or more. The Magicka cost is:

For Iron and Steel: 2 magicka per arrow
Silver and Dwarven: 3 m/p
Elven and Glass: 4 m/p
Ebony and Daedric: 5 m/p

Invoke The Fusion
-----------------
This spell works exactly like the above ones but it will enchant your arrows with all the elements.
It costs a bit more to cast but the enchantments are generally stronger. The Magicka cost is:

For Iron and Steel: 3 magicka per arrow
Silver and Dwarven: 4 m/p
Elven and Glass: 5 m/p
Ebony and Daedric: 6 m/p

Examples
--------
1) Let's say you have 44 Daedric Arrows and want to cast the "Invoke The Fusion" spell on them.
Check your Magicka, if you have more than 264 Magicka then just equip them and cast the spell.
If not, drop enough arrows so that the remaining arrows multiplied by 6 is less than or equal to your current Magicka, equip them and cast.

2)Let's say you have some arrows from another mod with 13 damage, then by casting the spells on them, they will be replaced by the same
number of glass arrows (since glass arrows also have 13 damage) and the cost will be the same as to enchant normal glass arrows.
If the damage is more than 15 or less than 8 then you'l get daedric or iron arrows respectivly

WARNING
-------
If you use the spells on poisoned arrows the poison effect will dissapear. You can of course use poisons afterwards.
