This is a playable resource. It is a braided style wig for Redguards; you can find it in a barrel in the Testinghall. It is not conformulated and the ears don't use the skin shaders, so you'll have to fiddle with it to get it to look right on your character. All of my free time is going towards the quest mod I made this for, so I likely won't support this. If you need help with it, I recommend asking the friendly Oblivion community. If you can use it, I hope you enjoy it.
It looks pretty awesome on both men and women. As always, it's free to edit or add to another mod as long as I'm credited.
Btw, I tried to keep it down as much as possible, but it's rather high poly - almost 14,000 triangular faces.
