::LOCATION::
at the tip of the island between the
White Rose River, south of the IC (Imperial City).

This house was intentionally made for assassins.
but as stated it can be used for any one or anything.
it comes with:
-Stables (with custom horse)
-living room / kitchen / storage room.
-east wing (which as a study and a bedroom)
-basement (which has a bow, door to forge)
-forge
-secret room
-sewer system (has a door to every town)

::KNOWN ISSUES::
-in the secret room, i have custom maskes made
from certain mods i've downloaded (i did not design the maskes just edited them abit.) you might see instead, two yellow "!" things... if you see this it might be because what your using (mods or programs) or maybe your download didn't exactly work. ALTHOUGH it shouldnt cause so far it's worked for every one else an everything you need should be included in the mod itself.

i placed guides inside the house for each room.
every door is locked and only some require keys.
in the guide you'll notice that I'm speaking to my girlfriend.... ignore it as i did not bother taking it out... i was going to... but was to lazy..

it has no requirements...
that should explain why its like, 30-65kb
its made entirely from Oblivion stuff.

this is my first mod but i have tested it as well as my girlfriend and it should work as long as you have nothing else in its spot of general location.

::SECOND NOTE::
for all those that see this...
a lot of house modders may want to know, that a lot of the houses on here fail for one reason...
when making the second world space for an interior, you have to make the ARROW marker face the way the outside door
is coming in...

make it look similar to this "--> | --"
say the arrow pointing right leads inside, make the door on the insides ARROW MARKER point left. it doesn't have to be 100% dead on accuracy, but you gotta make it pretty close.
best thing to do... make it where your looking north when walking inside an make it where your walking south to go outside...
