This Mod adds the necessity for you to eat, and allows you to address that need by simply eating (clicking on) food in your inventory. No need for dinner plates, etc.

This mod works not only with all vanilla Oblivion foods, but has tested to identify most foods added by other mods, including MMM, OOO, and COBL.

New players will start out hungry (you're in prison after all). If you enable this script and have ever eaten a food item before, then you will not start hungry. As you make a habit of eating enough, your body will become better nourished and require less food over the course of the day.

--- How to Use ---
As the day goes by, you will become hungry. When you are hungry, open your inventory and start eating foods. It's quite simple to use, though much work has gone into this.

--- Effects ---
If you go without eating long enough, you will begin to starve. This prevents you from regenerating fatigue. Continue a poor habit of under-eating, and you will become malnourished, draining your strength. Completely ignore food long enough, and you will die.

On the other hand, a habit of eating well leads to a benefit of health regeneration. Called "Well Fed", you will regenerate 1/60 of your health per second once you've proven that you're dedicated to eating regularly.

--- Vampires ---
When first enabled, you have the option of choosing whether or not you have to eat as a vampire.
Some may argue that vampires need to drink blood, but at this time I feel that such an issue should be addressed by a vampire-specific mod.

--- Foods ---
This mod checks food eaten and bases its satisfaction of hunger on type (vegetable, grain, meat, etc.) and weight relative to other foods (self-adjusts to mods that changes food weights, such as OOO). This mod makes no changes to the game's food values whatsoever.

---------------------
Compatibility
---------------------

No known bugs or incompatibilities. This mod does not mess with alchemy settings. No values are changed. All foods will behave normally.

---------------------
Performance
---------------------

Users should find any performance hit to be negligible. Most of the script time is handled while in the menu (journal). The script is designed to avoid as much gamemode script processing as possible.

Changelog
---------------------

--- v1.0 ---
* Limited the amount of food that the stomach can intake per serving, for compatibility with super-food mods (and in case of accidental clicks).

* Added vomiting...that's right...vomiting. So, if you happen to feel a little bloated from overeating, just munch on some rat meat or other emetic food until your tummy feels better.

* Added dynamic benefits / penalties, based on player's stat levels.

--- v1.1 ---
* Fixed energy burn rate (was burning energy too fast due to timescale adjustment)

--- v1.2 ---
* Fixed malnourish and bloated effects (they were set to damage instead of drain, preventing the stats from returning when they wore off)

--- v1.21 ---
* Increased amount of food able to be eaten before bloating is felt.

* Tweaked starvation to allow slight fatigue regeneration.

--- v2.0 ---
* Improved food recognition, now observing food types from OOO, MMM and COBL, and self-adaptable to even most unknown foods.

* Integrated vampire optional plugin into main mod as a choice at start.

* Tweaked vomiting so throwing up stomach contents takes less nasty food. Tweaked settings slightly to allow player to get full faster and burn energy slower. Mod auto-adjusts stomach contents when enabled, so that only characters who haven't eaten before will start off hungry.

--- v2.1 ---
* Removed Bloated effect and vomiting. It was too troublesome to avoid eating too much food, so now when you are full and still eat, the food is just wasted. Now the player cannot get bloated from over-eating, nor die from it.

* Tweaked the scripts to use less processing time and to provide more informative messaging.
