I have fallen for this artists colony the first time i went through and wanted to have a house there.
Now you can get that:
The mod adds a miniquest with all informations.
The house is a small player home with some custom paintings, some secure non respawning containers and a warm athmosphere inside. On the balcony you can sit down and enjoy a glass of wine from the secure barrel nearby. You will get a chance to customize the house for example if you've got an companion.
