Install:
Copy/Cut 'Sound' folder and 'Upbringing.esp' into 'Oblivion/Data/'
This is followed by activating 'Upbringing.esp' in the Data Files.
INFO:
This changes the start of the game so that the Player begins in the Imperial City, Bastion. The player is questioned by the Imperial Jailor about your birthsign, class and NOW player's background.
(Echoing Morrowind's character generation.)
The player's background is for example: Raised by Wolves.

There are six backgrounds for you too choose each with there own special abilities. (i.e. Your father was a warrior, so you can summon his weapon)
ALSO you can choose your player's religion : Daedra Worshipper

Each religion has its own rewards for the Player. (i.e Worshipping the Daedra means you can summon a daedra guardian and you are in the Daedra's Faction - Daedra will not attack you.)
After you've told the Jailor your info, your put in the Prison Cells, and the original Character generation starts.
HOWEVER Uriel Septim now has dialouge which was orignally cut from the game.
AND at the point where Captain Renault is killed and Uriel and the Blades leave you, to have to navigate the caves...
YOU can follow them through the door, skipping right to the part where Uriel asks about your Birthsign.
NEW TO UPDATE
INSTALL
Copy .esp and Sound folder over original files.
(Oblivion/Data/)
And activate Upbringing.esp in Data Files

There are now a total of 10 character backgrounds and 8 religions to choose from.
