Miss having the Mark and Recall spells from Morrowind then this mod is for you. It adds both spells available to all apprentices of Mysticism, cast Mark anywhere and you can then cast Recall to instantly return to that location. You can cast Mark and Recall in most places, excluding other realms such as Oblivion, Paradise, Dream World etc. After

Miss having the Mark and Recall spells from Morrowind then this mod is for you. It adds both spells available to all apprentices of Mysticism, cast Mark anywhere and you can then cast Recall to instantly return to that location.
You can cast Mark and Recall in most places, excluding other realms such as Oblivion, Paradise, Dream World etc. After a while, twinkling blue lights will appear over your Mark point. To move your Mark, simply cast the spell again at its new location.
Get Mark and Recall by reading 'Advanced Mysticism' in the Arch-Mage's Lobby at the Arcane University in the Imperial City.
Note: Travel is instantaneous but even if you are using Recall over just a couple of metres, the game weather may change during your trip. I have no idea why the game does this but it does not really matter.
Update: V2.0 - Added support for marking interior locations.
Update: V2.1 - Under certain circumstances, the red X which saves your interior mark and is suppose to be invisible becomes visible. This has been fixed by Phoenix T'ril, thanks for that!
It is safe to simply overwrite the old V1.0 or V2.0 plugin with this new one.
