Basic Description:
An addition to the docks along the river that divides Bravil into northern and southern halves. This addition can be found on the south side of the river, with stairs near the player house and The Perfect Arrow. A boat (acting as a portal/door) to the Niben Bay's gate to the Shivering isles can be found at the end of the new dock, and a corresponding boat at the isle will take you back. I've also added a second bridge over the aforementioned river, simplifying the path from the north gate to the player house into a beeline. A few lights have been inculuded for ambience and night-time navigation.

Two things inspired me to make this. First, numerous mods add incredible atmosphere to the town of Bravil- Blood 'n Mud, Bannanasplit's Better Cities mod, etc. However, many of these mods result in dramatic FPS drops on low-to-mid-range PCs, or conflict with other mods (B&M completely demolishes the location of one of the Lost Spires quest NPCs). Second, I was tired of swimming or water-walking all the way out to the portal in Niben Bay with newer characters (I don't fast travel :P). I also thought it rather dumb that the guard at the Shivering Isles gate swam all that way- surely he could requisition a simple boat in a river-city! So I put together a small mod to fill in the big ugly southern river bank. In the process, I moved a few ropes and placed a second bridge over the river leading right to my Bravil doorstep.

Notes:
The screenshots show B&M textures on the buildings. These are neither included, nor required.

All meshes and textures are stock.

This mod may (and probably will) conflict with any other mods that change this area of town. If you have B&M or Better Cities Bravil, you probably don't need this anyway!
*NOTICE!* I've found the mod is, as expected, incompatible with Open Cities. I may try to find a way to fix/patch this.

I have placed NPC path nodes along the newly-added walkways. Smaller NPCs (such as my thief's pet cat, Jazz) may have trouble going up the stairs. I have seen the guards use the new bridge with ease, tho.

Installation: Extract the 'Bravil River DJZ.esp' into your Oblivion/Data folder. Check the .esp in the Oblivion Launcher's data file manager or whatever mod manager you use.

Uninstallation: Delete the .esp from your data folder.
