Hello. For this if you are getting it for the first time you ONLY NEED THE LakeHouseV1.1

The update is for an older version I first released.

This is my first public mod.

The house is located near the Imperial city and has both a Enchanting/spell making stand. Along with storage and other goodies

Installation Instructions

Just copy the data folder into your Oblivion folder. Then check it from your launch menu. (Or OBMM) And there you go.

None that I know. Items around house moved so they are still in the game.
