Release Notes:

v1.0 Initial Release

--------------
1. Description
--------------

This is a player house mod; located right behind the Arena in Imperial City. I designed this house for my fighter type characters (Blade members), but it should work fine with Magic users too.

Special Notes:

- ALL containers inside this house are safe (none-spawning). They are also marked with a *Safe* in their names
- There are no clutter objects inside this house. Meaning, it's just furniture. You'll need to buy/take/steal objects and decorate the place yourself.
- Since there are no clutters in this house, that also means no weapons, armors, etc. Basically, nothing of value is inside this house.
- A lot of time was spent balancing out the lighting. Even though the house is small, the pools of light makes the place feel grand.
- This is a VERY CLEAN mod and FPS friendly. Even though there are a lot of lights, 80% are fake to save on CPU.

Features:

- Medium sized home with 3 main rooms (basement, main, and upstairs).
- Entrance hall with Display cases
- Eating area downstairs
- Basement area with plenty of storage space, a practice area, and a small alchemy room
- Upstairs area with a companions bed
- Master bedroom with more storage, table space, display areas, etc.

2. Requirements
---------------

I do have Better Cities installed, but this mod should work fine on vanilla Oblivion, since its location is not conflicting with anything.

---------------
3. Installation
---------------

Copy the "imperial blade house.esp" file to your Oblivion Data folder and activate it. Load order doesn't really matter.

------------------
4. Playing the Mod
------------------

A key is needed to get inside this house. However, there are no quests required. The key is located on a small table inside Weynon Priory's secret "cabinet door" room. This room is opened by Jauffre after you bring Martin back from Kavach. The reason for the key is because i wanted the story to flow. It makes sense that Jauffre will have such a key in his posession. Also, it's the perfect time to receive a house after the Kavach mission (imo).

5. Conflicts & Bugs
-------------------

Not that i know of. But if you find some type of conflict, just contact me.

There are some minor visual bugs:

- the window locations inside the house doesn't match the outside (flopped). But hard to notice
- the inner basement door, when opened, causes one of the hanging lamps to sway. Again, minor
