Zero Visibility change from casting spell in \"center\" of aleswell to Aleswell Inn (the town centre?)

don't know why but when I was casting the spell to save the town it always gave me the failure box even though I was on the map marker for the quest
maybe it's mods I'm running affecting it
maybe it's because i'm not a vanilla race
either way it wasn't working - so I tweaked it a little
quick work around - you now cast the spell while standing in the Aleswell Inn instead of outside in the middle of town
all quest dialouge(sp?!) is the same and the marker hasn't been moved - just remember to cast the spell while IN THE INN
