This mod adds four new spells into the game. Mark,Recall,Combat Mark and Combat Recall.

For those unfamiliar with those spells let me give you a short update.
Mark simply marks any location where the player stands when he/she casts the spell.
After that you can use Recall to go back to that marked location.

You can buy the spells at the Cheydinhal Mages Guild.

If the spells fail you will still lose a small ammount of the manacost.
If you try to cast mark in oblivion the spell gets a distortion and thus fails.


MOD CONTENT:
------------------------------------------------------------------
Mark: - Saves the current location of the player.
- Cannot be cast in combat
- Cannot be cast in oblivion, dreamworld, paradise, mainquest-only interiors and exteriors

Recall: -Teleports the player back to the marked location.
-Cannot be cast in combat
-Can be cast at any place

Combat Mark:-Saves the current location of the player for 60 seconds.(Standard mark location is unchanged)
-Can be cast in combat.
-Can be cast anywhere.
-Cooldown: 60 seconds

Combat Recall:-Teleports the player back to the combat-marked location.(If it is still available(check combatmark duration))
-Reduced manacost if the marked position is in line of sight
-Can only be cast within a range of 3500 from the combat-marker
-Can be cast in combat

Spellmerchant added to CheydinhalMagesGuild.
Bed for spellmerchant added to CheydinhalMagesguild.
Dummycells for Oblivion and mainquest interiors added.
