A constantly annoying (well, for me, anyway) feature of SI was the fact that once you become the Madgod, it is impossible to get sent to the Shivering Isles Jails, which were a very unique and enjoyable feature of the game. Instead the option was replaced with the interesting but not-as-good feature of being escorted from the city. This mod simply adds the choice of going to Jail if you get arressted as Sheogorath (it does not remove the option to "Go With Guard" or any of the other options)
