Heres one for all the old school warriors out there. My Oblivion interpretation of the Wolrd of Warcraft classic: The Arcanite Reaper (HOOOO!)
It's not ment to be an exact replica. I tried to make it fit in with the other Oblivion weapons while still retaining the basic concept. Most of it is actually edited parts of vanilla Oblivion objects. My handy work can mostly be seen in the texturing which was quite new to me as I am more of a modeler ironically enough.
As far as balance goes; it is the most powerfull blunt weapon in the game but not incredibly so. If there was a weapon class above daedric it would sit in there. It is also the slowest weapon in the game, so that helps balance it out abit too.
The weapon can be found on display and for sale in Slash N' Smash in the Imperial City Market District. It has a value of 5,200 gold. So it will be selling for about 12,000 gold depending on your mercantile skill. Of course finance plans are available (5 fingerd discount anybody?)
If people like it I might have ago makin a quest to go along with it and/or make an armour set.
