Permissions and credits
REQUIREMENTS: Only Oblivion.

This has been updated severely. Read the changelog below under Version 2 to see the updates and fixes.

To find this place, go to the Imperial Market, and head North West.

Features:
1. On the left are doors to each individual fighters and mages guild halls with an Azura statue as the portal to go back to the castle.

2. On the right is an Armory with a chest for each individual type of armor and weapon for storage. There's no weapons or armor stored, that's up for you to fill. There are also 40 repair hammers next to the blacksmith's furnace.

The portal inside the Armory takes you to an obstacle course. It's mostly just for show, but can be used to actually level your combat skills, and even human skills! =)

3. Also on the right is a room for enchanting, spellmaking, recharging, and making potions. There's a portal in the middle of the room that takes you to your own secret garden full of lush ingredients. There are soul gems in display cases all around the room ranging from the lowest form, to Azura's Star. There are some chests for you to put ingredients, potions, scrolls, soul gems, and apparatuses.

4. There's an Ingredients Garden from the portal in the mages room that goes to a secret area you can't normally walk to. Has nearly every ingredient for all your alchemy needs.

5. NPC--Elessia, a merchant fence. You can sell stolen goods to her whether you're in the thieve's guild or not. She even repairs broken armor/weapons, as well as recharges magical items/staffs.

6. Up the stairs in the main hall is a door to your personal bedroom. It has chests for separate clothes, jewelry, accessories, and books.

Changelog:

1. Changed the name of some of the guilds so they would look correct. (Some of them were just "Guild Door" or had an apostrophe while others didn't)

2. Moved/removed some trees and rocks, raised/lowered some land in both the area where the castle is, and in the waterfront. (that's where it was originally)

UPDATE VERSION 2

1.) OBSTACLE COURSE:

a.) Balance Beam for helping with agility and acrobatics as well as honing your own real life skills of learning how to balance (not too hard, lol)

b.) Bunny Hop, a small open deck to level your acrobatics. Named Bunny Hop since you have to keep hopping.

c.) Archery Range, this one's obvious.

d.) Melee dummies. I like to use these for archery as well, but whatever you feel like using them for.

e.) The Pit. It's filled with a few leveled monsters for easy skill ups. They respawn after 3 days, so the pit isn't just sitting there.
Credits to David Brasher from the TESNexus forums for giving a better idea for The Pit.

2.) DECORATIONS

Yes.. the original I uploaded last year was an empty shell. Nothing on the walls inside or out. Now there are curtains and appropriate lights.

3.) EXTERIOR

a.) That's right, I finally fixed that stupid pink spot from the original!
Credits go to David Budreck from the TESNexus Forums!

b.) The exterior castle now closely resembles the interior... Before it didn't match. It still is a little off, but I wont tell if you don't.

c.) I FINALLY learned how to use and abuse path grids! The path grid has been fixed/moved/removed all around the castle area. Stray animals will no longer be swimming above your head!
