This mod allows you to perform the permanent bound items glitch even if you have the Unofficial Oblivion Patch installed. The UOP sets bound items as quest objects, thus making them undroppable. This mod overrides that and sets them to the default settings. If any other mods you have change bound armor, you may need to adjust load order.
BTW, The permanent bound items glitch is as follows: Get bound armor on yourself, either from a spell or from a runestone. Then either heal it over 100% if you can, or get it damaged and heal it back up. You then drop it and wait until the timer for it runs out, and there you go. Pick it up and you have a good zero weight armor or weapon, perfect for putting on any followers you might have.
This is just a small simple mod, but I hope at least someone finds it useful. I made it because I wanted to experiment with bound armor(enchanting, using for follower armor, etc.), but I didn't want to turn off the awesome UOP.
