2new NPC's: Topp the Alchemist& Triplus
Topp sells alchemist stuffs(leveld apparatures and random ingredients) Triplus sells light armor, bows, arrows.) Some of them are leveled, some not.

Also adds 4 new items:
-Enchantments scroll (sort of sigil stone wiht fire enchantment)[leveled]
-Anti-ghost arrow (an arrow in between silver& deadric)
-potion of concentration(fortify Marksman (leveled))
-Deadly potion (fire damage+damage health (leveled))

Whats new in 2.0???
-Anti-ghost arrows are now sold by Topp the Alchemist
-Encahting scroll is sold by Triplus. Only buyable with dialogue (200 gold)
-V2.0 is end file, only minor updates will come
