Ok, Khettienna made a mod called Better Abandon house(Which is Epic! Here's the Link. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25319 . This edit's a few thing's, I cant remember what because its been a while since I've touched this mod, Most of the pic's are already existing in Khettienna's mod's area. You NEED Her mod to use this.
