UPDATE RELEASED!
The update fixes:
*The NIF-File missing in the basement,
*The textures missing in the basement,
*The ugly grass in front of the house,
*The dead body dissapearing,
*Some pathgridding outside.
Remember to take all your belongings out of the house before updating, or else they will disappear!

The house is a free house that can be earned after a little quest!

Instructions
*If you have done the quest "Goblin Trouble", you will get a popup once you start your game!
*If you haven't done the quest "Goblin Trouble", you will get a popup once you have finished the quest!
Goblin Trouble Quest-Info
"Goblin Trouble" is a quest you can start by talking to Barthel Gernand at the Crestbridge Camp.
You can find the Crestbridge Camp a little to the south-east for Cropsford...

Probably conflicts with mods that modifies the area of the cottage.
