How it works.
This mod uses OBSE to give you experience every time and NPC "talks to you" in the dialog menu. This occurs when you open the dialog (they say hello or something) and every time you click on a dialog option (they respond with something).
NEW!!! Via the ini file, you can choose to have the inital conversation ignored (you only get experience when clicking on dialog topics)

By default, you get 1 "Experience" for each Conversation (settable in the ini file). This is the same as 1 full rotation of the wheel in old Persuasion System.
I designed this mod to be used with Persuasion Overhaul.

Its not required, I just think they work well together (In default oblivion your speechcraft skill doesn't really matter anyway).
In Persuasion Overhaul you receive .5 experience units for each successful attempt and .33 experience units for each unsuccessful attempt. So with Speechcraft Enhanced each "conversation" yields as much experience as 2 successful attempts or 3 unsuccessful attempts.

Changelog
Alpha 2
Added new cotrols to the ini file.
do_not_count_introduction - set to 1 if you want the inital "Hello" conversation to not give you any experience
debug - set to zero to not print debug information to the console
Ini file now correctly loads each time the game starts

Thanks for your consideration,
