Allows the basement added by Assassins Tripwire Traps to be reached by users of A Better Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.

The Better Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary mod changes the sanctuary from 3 cells to 1, among other things.
The neat Assassin Tripwires mod adds an awesome basement to the sanctuary, among other things.
However, the entrance and exit to it are in a cell that the Better Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary mod renders inaccessible. This mod adds an acess crate to get to the basement, and modifies the script of the exit ladder so it returns you to a useful zone.
