UPDATE: I have now released SHOUT! - Syclonix's Help Others Under Threat which is the reason I originally made Hear No Evil. You can download it here: (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25568

Hate when guards appear and arrest you out of nowhere? Hate that victims of your crimes can be heard whether in the dead of night or at noon time in a crowded marketplace? Hear No Evil adds a new layer to gameplay and strategy to Oblivion by making the distance sound travels vary according to your environment. Are you prowling at 3am or 3pm? Are you inside a house or out in a dense forest? Are the streets empty or crowded with people? Now sound will travel more realistically and predictably. Call it the spiritual successor to No Psychic Guards. Happy thieving!

Planned Features:
- Sound distance will take into account weather conditions (vanilla and mod-added weather)
- The player's hearing range will also vary according to the current environment

This mod is compatible with all other mods, although you might want to disable No Psychic Guards if you have it installed as this mod will overwrite the changes made from that mod.

1.0, 2009/06/28 - Initial release.
