About this mod
My third mod, introducing the Seashore Watch. It contains four different areas; the coastal tower, living area, private quarters and the main room. It has now been expanded, containing five new cells and one new outdoor area.

SEASHORE WATCH

This is my third mod on TESNexus, introducing Seashore Watch, a mansion, existing beyond the Mundus, rumored to be drowned under the Shivering Isles of Sheogorath. The arcane portal in Bravil Mages Guild will teleport you to the Gold Coast, containing the outdoor area of the mansion.

Versions.
1.0 - Added
1.01 - Fixed the falling NPCs in the Living Area.
1.02 - Expansion! Five new rooms, one new outdoor area.

Contains -
- Eight new cells and two new areas; Seashore Watch, - Living Area, - Private Quarters, - Library, - Training Hall and Beast Arena, - Hallway, - Swamp Research Laboratory, Coastal Tower and Abecean Tower.
- Five new NPCs (Cook and four different visitors from different provinces)
- Purified Greenmote.
- Swamp flora and tamed beasts.
- (Daily) Beast attuned to your level and Cache of the Beast-Slayer.
- Books and lots of them.

REQUIREMENTS
------------
- The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Naturally)
- Shivering Isles
- The living area might be a bit laggy for poorer PCs (Like mine)
- Helborne's Bookcase mod (See below)

INSTALLATION
------------------
Extract the .rar-file.
Cut and paste the "Coastal Tower" to your Oblivion/Data.

UNISTALLATION
-------------------
Simply delete the "Coastal Tower"-file.

As I am still new to modding, it may contain bugs, but be sure to inform me about them in the comments! One thing, however, which I am fully aware of, is the textures in the Living Area (it took me the whole evening to put the pieces together and some of them went over each other and I did NOT want to do it again.) I will update this, if I get new ideas and for bug fixes. I will be sure to bring better quality for my future mods.
