this is pretty funny i can imagine emperor uriel talking to himself at the start of the game the natural dialog seems to fit this scenario too, where uriel is having some kind of crisis of conscious, or a bit crazy
We believe the mod that was used to take that screenshot is called "Actors in Charge" and it allows your player character to perform animations such as this one that NPCs perform.
You may have a conflicting mod activated which alters or extends the player character's faction data. Please try deactivating any other such mod that you expect to make such modifications to your player character, and create a new test save to see if the factions have appeared before saving.
Development for Baelin&Lonuma properties such as this Oblivion add-on are not currently active, and extensive support provided for these properties is limited.

Why won't this mod work? I have no other activated mods, and no matter where it is in the load order, the game CTD upon opening. Yes, I'm using the latest OBSE. How can I fix this?
You may have a conflicting non-esp file located within your game's data folder. Any modification to the Oblivion game or the way it operates that makes changes to the core player character related data will result in undesired operation while using this mod, and many others which offer changes to the main player character. There is nothing we can do about this, it's just the way the game is designed.
This mod was tested for full functionality which correlates to the information we have provided back in November 2012, on both Windows XP and Windows 7 operating system environments with a brand new installation of Oblivion with only the first-party "Shivering Isles" and "Knights of the Nine" DLC activated. Shivering Isles and the latest official patch offered for this game by Bethesda Softworks as of November 2012 are required for this mod to operate appropriately.

then now I have this typical new-game character which starts as *Imperial* and *Name your Character*.
Then I type in *Emperor Uriel Septim* for his name, and I am still looking like I had not done anything than named my Character with a Name. No Emperor-Look ... then when I finish Character Build (not doing anything but naming him *Emperor Uriel Septim, like it was said in the description), then I am still in the Prison and the Emperor comes with his guards, and the Story begins.
So what do I need to do to start the Mod working ? I just want to get the Emperors Face, thats why I have installed the Mod.
