[EDIT] With Skyrim so close to release I'll probably stop working on this mod, I am really happy at the stage it is in now, I fixed all the previous problems and the mod is nearly perfect. For those who want to do the regular sewers intro remember you can just disable this mod until your character is finished the tutorial.
I will most likely not recreate this mod in Skyrim though since Skyrims intro is really generic now, and the removing of classes kind of defies the point of alternative stories, but keep an eye on my other mods as I will make Skyrim versions of most of them.
With it loaded after PI negating PI, I followed the assassin story a little. By reflex on seeing Mythic Dawn Armor, I attacked. It seems like it is deliberate that he only fights back instead of initiating. Gives you someone early on to "murder", for the Black Hand.
