MissingSpells adds a new merchant named Meldor to the Mystic Emporium. He carries a number of spells that I thought where missing (listed below) from the game. I've tried to keep all the spells balanced with the rest of the game.

- Bound Suite of Armor
- Bound Dragger and Shield
- Summon Five Lock Picks
- Summon Five Repair Hammers
- Summon Five Torches
- Command Dead (Reanimate)
- Dominate Dead (Reanimate)
- Summon Skeleton Army

- Open Very Hard Lock
- Open Need a Key Lock
- Lock Very Easy
- Lock Easy
- Lock Average
- Lock Hard
- Lock Very Hard
- Lock Need a Key

Extract all the files from the ZIP into Oblivion\Data director.
Activate MissingSpells.esp file from Data Files in the Oblivion Launcher.

Delete the following file(s) from Oblivion\Data:
