JULY 15, 2009 UPDATE: I fixed some minor volume issues with the voice files and uploaded a replacement set. If this is your first time downloading, you only need the most recent ZIP file. If you downloaded my previous version, just overwrite the MP3 and LIP files with the new ones from this set.
This is a modder's resource that adds a new "anime style" voice for custom races. This is NOT the more well-known Ainmhi / Cute Elf voice pack or the Mu / Chocolate Elf voice pack. Since it is only a resource, nothing has been implemented, but instructions on how to use the voice pack for virtually any custom race are included.
From the readme:
"If none of the above applies to you because you only want to install this voice resource for Vanilla races, you're also treading into territory I have no experience in. Bunsaki's Female Anime Voice for Rens mod at http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13691 has details for how to use custom voice files for Vanilla races, although I have not tried them myself.
The voice files were encoded by me. The lip sync files were made on the old 1.0 version of the Construction Set, with the aid of Kivan's LIP Template mod from http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13742
If you're working on a brand new race and decide to tailor this resource into your own mod, you can do anything between crediting me as God or not mentioning me at all. I honestly don't care."
