A Powerful Ancient enchanted hood that can be found in Jerall View Inn in Bruma.

This is simply an Enchanted black hood which can be found at the Jerall View Inn in Bruma, just behind Hafid Hollowleg. in game it is known as, Downtrodden Phasmatis (Phasmatis is latin for spirit or ghost.)
The Hood was once a Assasin whom killed Yerlym Greir, so Crintiym Greir his brother who was a highly experinced mage cast a spell on him turning him into the hood. he wore the hood alot, so inevetabily theives try'd to steal it and steal it they did, unfortunately for the thief the hood drived him insane and killed him, will he was washing in the river. the hood got swept down to Bruma by the river currents and picked up by Hafid Hollowleg, many hundreds of years later. he merely uses it to clean his tankard's though and wouldn't even notice if it went missing.
THE ENCHANTMENTS ON NEW VERSION (POSITIVE):
Fortify Athletics + 10
Fortify Light Armor +10
Fortify Heavy Armor 10+
Fortify Block +10
----------Light +5
----------Summon Skeleton
THE ENCHANTMENTS ON THE OLD VERSION ARE:
-1 hp each second
20%+ Blade
20%+ Marksman
+3 Fatigue each second
10% resistance to normal weapons
60% Shield
No Spell Casting.
