Elemental Elves

This mod adds 3 new races to the game: Fire Elves, Frost Elves and Storm Elves. Fire Elves are geared towards melee combat, Frost Elves make better mages and Storm Elves are geared more towards stealth. I've tried to keep them balanced instead of making the Uber races. This is my second mod. Please comment! Let me know what you think!
