About this mod
A small house located in Dementia, Shivering Isles for your character to live in. Away from any civilisation, it allows you to get away from it all and relax. It is surrounded by lovley waterfalls and lakes and its only a short trip to both the hill of suisides and split.

Description
===========
This mod adds a small house to the Dementia side of the Shivering isles. A nice place to store your stuff if u prefer to live in Sheogoraths realm. Its surroundings are beautiful, consisting of multiple waterfalls, lush green trees and many shallow lakes and streams. The Retreat is a place for your character to go and relax, and escape the crowded cities and busy marketplaces. Please rate, comment and alert me to any bugs.
Location
========
East of the Hill of Suicides; a map marker should be placed on your map.
Install
=======
1. Extract the .esp file to your oblivion data file
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
