I'm not seeing the other bridges leading to the Imperial City. I've already installed the Elven Map Redux mod. I just noticed anders001's comment below. It seems like since Arthmoor updated his New Roads & Bridges mod, they won't show up until this map replacer is also updated. At least I know what the problem is and it's not a technical issue. Hopefully someone (or maybe even the author) will update this soon.
Here's a retouched version of the map that and also fixed the resolution thing (I didn't update it to reflect the bridge move in new versions of NRAB, just made the roads blend more naturally).
@ Author, feel free to re-upload this in place of the existing one since the mediafire link may not be there forever.
Unfortunatley this is now slightly out of date. Arthmoor as altered New Roads and Bridges and rerouted the road and bridge running south from the Archane University. It's moved slightly east for better compatability with RR-LR and UL-II It's no biggie but if you're on that bridge now and look at this map, it looks like you're in the water.
I mainly agree with what you are saying. The new roads are not as good as the original, and not as high a resolution. However, I do state in the mod description that it was my first time using photoshop, and also that I don't know how to save it as a higher resolution as still have the mod work ingame. If you know how, please let me know.
As to not much time...for such a small number of new roads this took almost an entire day. Painstakingly running my character around in game and switching back to photoshop to add in a new section of road is very time consuming.
I am sorry it's not up to the standard of the original mod, but I tried my best. Even with a tablet, drawing on roads is much harder than it looks!
Anyway, thanks for adding your comment, and I'm glad you use the mod despite its shortcomings.
This is a very good concept and I certianly use it within my game, however I feel that the implrementation is not of a high quality standard, the new roads stand out as being of low quality on the maps and it does not appear much time was put into adding them, I feel that this small amount of effort to neaten them up would cause a very large improvement and certianly gian my endorsement

Conifer: Thanks ">
It shouldn't be anything to do with Darn, as I use that UI mod myself.
Have you over-written/replaced the original files with mine and renamed them correctly?
Its still not working.
I have installed it to Oblivion/Data/Textures/Menus/Map/World
Also I use DarnIFIED UI
Still no luck
Any ideas?
