-Drizzt's Twinkle and Icingdeath blades, plus a shield version of Twinkle can be found in front of the Akavir dragon statue in the Talos Plaza district of the Imperial City.
This was made at the request of Ashengrace on the Nexus forums, I have simply taken the original author, Thann's work and converted it to be playable in Oblivion with slight tweaks to the nif files.
I'm not sure how to insert a link here, but the original mod, if you're interested, can be found as Twinkle Icingdeath V2 in the Morrowind section of TESNexus.
