This is a little mod I put together to put the Thief back into being a thief in Tamreil. According to certain beggars, some time last Hearthfire they heard that a master Thief had come to Tamreil - one that even outranked the Grey Fox himself. However, not long after his arrival, Hieronymus Lex launched a full scale attack on the Thief, Garrett\'s, hideout, after torturing a beggar into revea

This is a little mod I put together to put the Thief back into being a thief in Tamreil.
According to certain beggars, some time last Hearthfire they heard that a master Thief had come to Tamreil - one that even outranked the Grey Fox himself. However, not long after his arrival, Hieronymus Lex launched a full scale attack on the Thief, Garrett's, hideout, after torturing a beggar into revealing its location.
What eventually happened to Garrett is unknown, but according to the beggars, his clothes and equipment are rumoured to still be locked in an old chest, somewhere in the Imperial Legion's Headquarters.
Such a chest, basked in a Thief-ish purple glow, would probably be locked tight - but Lex must keep the key somewhere in his office...
ITEMS:
* Garrett's Bow
* Garrett's Fire Arrow(s) (20 points Fire Damage)
* Garrett's Dagger
* Garrett's Armor (Fortify: Sneak 30points, Marksman 20points - Weakness: Magic: 40%, Normal Weapons 30%)
* Hood of Deadly Shadows (Chameleon 70%, Weakness to Magic 20%)
* Garrett's Mechanical Eye (NightEye)
NOTE:
This isn't a 'great armor great weapons' mod - there are decisions you will have to make. Garrett's Armor is light and agile so that the Thief can move quickly and get out of situations. Pickpocket, steal, pilfer, but start a fight and you'll find yourself at a severe disadvantage, with weakness to magic and normal weapons.
TO INSTALL:
Just drop the mod into your /data folder and select it on booting Oblivion. Follow the lore at the top of this description, and you'll be taking on Garrett's role as Master Thief in no time...
