I got so sick of seeing those balls of fluff falling when it snows, which looked nothing like snow, and raindrops falling when it rains that look like bird droppings...
So I Fixed 'em.
Install to your sky particles folder, for which ever weather system you use.
I have uploaded my own Raindrop Particle which is alot smaller than the default particle and has a long tail.
I have uploaded my own Snow Particle which is alot smaller than the default particle and more detailed.
Goes best with ALL Natural
